DESCRIPTION

Mental health is often not talked about, but now more than ever, it’s important for the community to come together and Be The Light! Be The Light 3k/6k Run/Walk was created to promote awareness and education of the mental health struggles of students and families in our community. Two great organizations will benefit from the proceeds of this event: Whisper & Forysth County Community Connection

Distance: 3k & 6k with virtual options available

PACKET PICK-UP:

Friday, September 9th from 12 PM to 5 PM at Big Peach - Cumming (formerly North GA Running Co at 5485 Bethelview Rd, Suite 430, Cumming, GA 30040)
Race Morning at the race location starting at 5:45 PM.
 

Race Location: East Forsyth High School, Forsyth County's newest high school. Runners & walkers will remain on the campus allowing for a family-friendly course.

Any race packets for in person runners that are not picked up during packet pickup or on race day will be donated. 

​

Virtual Runners may pick up packets during regular packet pick up, or they will be mailed to the address on file after Monday, September 12th.

 

Race Registration will be available (if not sold out) through race morning online and at the race location.
