REGISTRATION:   

  • Online registration will be available (if not sold out) through race morning. 

  • In-person registration will be available (if not sold out) at Big Peach Running Co. - Cumming until Wednesday, November 23rd.

  • On-site race day registration (if not sold out) will be available starting at 7:00 AM until 15 minutes before race start time. Please be prepared to log in to your RunSignUp account in order to register on-site on race day.

  • Race day registration payments can be made in cash or with credit card (no checks).

  • Register early to take advantage of discounts and guarantee your shirt* and finisher medal!**

  • Registrations for each event are limited and participants will not be able to register for an event once the cap is reached.

*Guaranteed t-shirt/hoodie if registered by November 16th at 11:59 PM

**Guaranteed medal if registered by November 12th at 11:59 PM.

 
SCHEDULE:

Packet pickup:

  • Monday, November 21st from 12 PM to 6 PM at Big Peach Running Co.- Cumming (formerly North GA Running, Co. - 5485 Bethelview Rd #430, Cumming, GA 30040)

  • Tuesday, November, 22nd from 12 PM to 6 PM at Big Peach Running Co.- Cumming

  • Wednesday, November 23rd from 12 PM to 5 PM Big Peach Running Co.- Cumming

  • Race morning at race location starting at 7:00 AM

Packets for participants that registered for the virtual events will be mailed after November 28th if not picked up during packet pickup. 

Any race packets for in-person runners that are not picked up during packet pickup or on race day will be donated unless you contact us prior to race day. 

 

Race Day Schedule:

10K at 7:45 AM

5K at 8:00 AM 

1K at 9:15 AM

**5K runners will be staggered from fastest at the front to slower runners and walkers towards the back. Runners will be sent out in waves at one-minute intervals. The waves will not be pre-assigned but we ask that you position yourselves according to your estimated finish time. There will be chipped timing in use so your time DOES NOT start until you cross the start line. When lining up for this event, please position yourself in a wave based on your estimated finish times:

  1.  25 minutes & under
  2.  30 minutes & under 
  3.  35 minutes & under
  4.  40 minutes & under
  5.  45 minutes & under
  6.  Walkers & strollers

 

Arrival Times:

  • 10K runners should plan to arrive by 7:15 AM for a 7:45 AM race start time.

  • 5K runners should plan to arrive by 7:20 AM. The parking garage at the Halcyon will close at 7:30 AM. Those arriving after 7:30 AM will need to park across Ronald Reagan Blvd and walk to the start/finish line (approximately ½ mile). See parking info below for more details.

Event will be held rain or shine.

  • Big Creek Greenway Halcyon Trailhead Parking Lot (6265 Cortland Walk, Alpharetta, GA 30005 - across Ronald Reagan Blvd from the Halcyon).

1st, 2nd, 3rd place age group awards for 5K & 10K

***PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT HAVE AN AWARD CEREMONY ON SITE POST GOBBLE WOBBLE. Overall and Age Group Awards will be at Big Peach Running Co. - Cumming beginning Friday, November 25th. If you are from out of town, please let us know via email (northgarunningco@gmail.com) and we can mail it.
