Put a spring in your step with our Spring Walking Program! Spring brings with it warmer weather, brighter colors, and an opportunity to rediscover mother nature. You may be wondering about how to begin a walking program to explore the outdoors. Walking is an excellent aerobic exercise that can help you, on your path to becoming healthy.  Always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise.

Our program will guide you to walking our Kilometers for Kindness 5k at the end of the 11-week program. We provide weekly instructions, guided walks, and accountability! Your registration in this program includes your entry to the 5k event. 

Participants will meet Mondays at 7 PM and Saturdays at 8 AM at the Bethelview Entrance of the Greenway - 5120 Bethelview Road. There will also be other opportunities through the week to meet with smaller groups or complete the walks on your own. This program is for all fitness levels. We will begin with 20-minute workouts and progress from there.
